NOTES/GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

· BOTIL is the abbreviation of BOTIL Oil Tools India Pvt Ltd.

· Prefix 'B/BI' before the Product/Commodity No. denotes manufactured by BOTIL Oil Tools India Pvt Ltd.

· Delivery: Upon request.

In case of Airfreight, please allow additional One week beyond quoted Ex-Works delivery for transportation to Delhi Airport & completion of customs, documentation and airfreight formalities etc.

In case of Seafreight, please allow additional two weeks beyond quoted Ex-Works delivery for inland transportation from plant at Gurgaon to Mumbai port, completion of Customs and seafreight formalities etc.

· Validity:  Upon request.

· Payment: 100% payment against Irrevocable and confirmed L/C established through our bank or advance 100% payment before shipment. All foreign Bank charges will be to Customer's A/c.

As agreed to

· All products are subjected to Stringent inhouse Quality Controls & tests and inspection. However, if third party inspection is required, then it can be arranged at extra cost to customer's account. If third party inspection is not required then customer must confirm in the P.O. that "Preshipment Inspection is not required from any Inspection Agency". This will facilitate hassel free clearance through Customs at the time of shipment.
