FLOW CONTROL EQUIPMENT

The Botil Model "B-Nel" Sliding Sleeve is a Non-Elastomeric down hole flow control device, normally screwed into the production tubing. That allows communication between the tubing and casing.

The profile in upper sub of the Non-Elastomeric Sliding Sleeve allows for the location and locking of variety of flow control devices such as Blanking plugs.

The Non-Elastomeric Sliding Sleeve use high strength, Non-Elastomeric Seals. These Seals are chemically inert and reliable for long service life in most hostile enviroments.

The Non-Elastomeric Sliding Sleeve can be manufactured from all type of steel including 9 Cr. 1 Mo., 13 Cr steel for different bottom hole condition. Model "B" Shifting Tool is used to shift the "B-NEL" Sliding Sleeve open and closed. The sleeve is designed so that normal wire line activities will not open and close the Sleeve inadvertently.

The Botil Model "B" Shifting Tool is a wire line operated tool used to Position the closing Sleeve or sliding side doors to the open position or the closed position of the Model "B-NEL" Sliding Sleeve.
