Tie-back receptacle

This Tie-Back Receptacle provides a high integrity honed seal bore below a Liner Hanger which permits landing, sealing, and extending additional liner to a point further up the hole, or to the surface.

Located below the hanger

This ensures there will be no differential pressure across the hanger body at the slips after tying back. A Stinger Seal Sub, Product No. BI 276-01 can be utilized on the Running Tool and seal in the Receptacle ID to hold pressure in both directions when cementing the liner.

All API casing sizes. The Tie-Back Receptacle is available to mate with all API casing sizes.

Polished Seal Bore. The Tie-Back Receptacle has a close tolerance and smooth seal bore which provides an efficient seal surface for the Tie-Back Seal Mandrel.

Standard Drill Pipe Wiper plug

The Standard Drill Pipe Wiper Plug is released from the Plug Dropping Cementing Head to follow the cement down the drill pipe. The Standard Drill Pipe Wiper Plug effectively cleans cement from the ID of the drill pipe and Liner Hanger Running Tools and separates the cement from the displacing fluid. The Standard Drill Pipe Wiper Plug seats in the Liner Wiper Plug and the two plugs descend together to the Landing collar.

Latch-down drill Wiper Plug

The Latch-Down Drill Pipe Plug is dropped from Plug Dropping Cementing Head to follow the Cement down the drill pipe. The Latch-Down Drill Pipe Wiper Plug effectively cleans cement from the ID of the drill pipe and Liner Running Tools. The Latch-Down feature enables the Drill Pipe Wiper Plug to land and positively lock into the Liner Wiper Plug.

The Latch-Down Liner Wiper Plug is used to separate displacing fluid from cement in liner cementing operations. During cement displacement the Latch-Down Drill Pipe Wiper Plug lands on, latches in, and releases the Latch-Down Liner Wiper Plug from the tail pipe of the Running Tool Assembly.

Wiper Plugs

The liner Wiper Plug in conjunction with the Drill Pipe Wiper Plug is designed to separate the cement from the displacing fluid in the liner.

Standard Liner Wiper Plug

The Standard Liner Wiper Plug is used to separate displacing fluid from cement in liner cementing operations. During Cementing, this plug is shear pinned on the bottom of the Running Tools, and is released when the Drill Pipe Wiper Plug nose seats in the liner Wiper Plug and applied pressure releases the plug.
